Tom Parisien, TQ - President
Tom is the distinguished founding President of our company, bringing a wealth of expertise as a certified, ticketed journeyman roofer. His career trajectory, marked by dedication and skill, saw him ascend from entry-level positions to a foreman role in Victoria. A testament to his leadership and commitment to excellence in workmanship. His reputation earned him a pivotal role in a roof consulting firm, culminating in his leadership of the company. After a strategic tenure at a major engineering firm, Tom spearheaded his own venture.
His professional prowess extended to his tenure as President of the Western Canadian group of Roof Consultants (RCI - WCC), a prestigious consortium of professional building envelope consultants across the United States and Canada. Under his stewardship, the Chapter flourished, securing the 'Most Outstanding Chapter Award' for the first time in Western Canada during both years of his presidency. Tom's contributions were further recognized with the 'Most Outstanding Service Award,' a peer-bestowed honor celebrating his exceptional service. Remarkably, he became the inaugural roofer to receive this distinguished accolade, setting a precedent in the industry.
Jesse Parisien, IP, RRO - Vice President
Jesse has been a pivotal member of our team for over eight years, bringing a robust foundation of expertise and accreditation. His credentials include the prestigious Inter-Provincial Red Seal Journeyman ticket in roofing, waterproofing, and dampproofing, representing the pinnacle of trade qualifications in Canada. Further enhancing his professional profile, Jesse has attained the RRO (Registered Roof Observer) designation.
With a multifaceted skill set, particularly in computer technology, Jesse excels in composing intricate specifications and detailed roof condition reports. His proficiency extends to the field, where he conducts thorough roof inspections and imparts technical guidance to roofing contractors. Jesse's comprehensive skill set and his commitment to excellence have rendered him an indispensable resource to our clients. Danny Twizell, RRO - Consultant /Inspector
Danny serves as our adept specification writer and office manager, striking a balance between fieldwork and his primary role of crafting roof assemblies, specifications, and contract documents for our projects. With a family legacy steeped in the roofing industry, Danny's profound understanding of roofing systems is both innate and honed through years of hands-on experience. Previously helming his own company, he earned the trust of major roofing contractors for his shingle installation expertise.
With a tenure of nearly 20 years at our firm, Danny's commitment to staying abreast of industry standards is unwavering, often dedicating his personal time to expanding his knowledge of roofing and building envelope sciences. His report writing and inspection acumen are unmatched, and his sincere, problem-solving approach resonates well with our clients. Verne Westnedge, TQ, RRO - Inspector
Verne, a certified Roofing Inspector, has been a vital member of our team for more than four years. His rich background spans over 25 years in the roofing trade, where he specialized in low slope roofing and also garnered significant experience in sloped roofing and troubleshooting techniques. Since his integration into our firm, Verne has attained his RRO (Registered Roof Observer) certification and has shown remarkable progress in all facets of roofing inspections. His addition to our team has undeniably enhanced the overall caliber of our firm, marking a significant stride in our continual pursuit of excellence.
